Abstract

The present invention relates to synthetic routes to prepare a compound of the formula wherein Ris halogen, Chalogenalkyl, Calkoxy-Calkyloxy or Calkoxy-Calkyl; Ris halogen, Calkyl or Calkoxy; Rand Rare independently branched Calkyl; and Ris cycloalkyl, Calkyl, Chydroxyalkyl, Calkoxy-Calkyl, Calkanoyloxy-Calkyl, Caminoalkyl, Calkylamino-Calkyl, Cdialkylamino-Calkyl, Calkanoylamino-Calkyl, HO(O)C—Calkyl, Calkyl-O—(O)C—Calkyl, HN—C(O)—Calkyl, Calkyl-HN—C(O)—Calkyl or (Calkyl)N—C(O)—Calkyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as well as key intermediates obtained when following these routes as well as their preparation.
