An article having a support in the form of at least one sheet containing fibers that are water-soluble at a temperature of 0-30° C., the support having a density less than or equal to 0.1 g/cm, and a composition carried by the support, containing at least one compound with a thermal effect. The article can have a hot or cold effect depending on the nature of the compound(s) with thermal effect that is(are) present.
