The vertical inflatable cellstoinclude vertical inflatable cellslocated at the center of the direction of the width of the vehicle and side vertical inflatable cellsarranged at both sides of the direction of the width of the vehicle. A slitand a slit, each serving as a displacement permitting portion that permits outward displacement of the corresponding side vertical inflatable cellin the direction of the width of the vehicle, are defined in the non-inflatable portionand the non-inflatable portion, respectively.
