Abstract
A sharpener for a stick-shaped cosmetic material comprises guide rails () disposed in a longitudinal direction over a sliding surface (), and a continuous surface () at an upper side of both surfaces. The sliding surface () is formed in an acute inner angle shape as seen in the longitudinal direction for sliding a leading end portion of the cosmetic material thereon. The continuous surface () constitutes an upper side of a blade with a cutting edge () facing to a rear end edge of the sliding surface () at a position slightly higher than the sliding surface (). A leading end portion of a stick-shaped cosmetic material feeding container () is guided by the guide rails (), thereby preventing the container () from being shaken.
