Abstract
A circuit device which can form terminal portions at narrow pitches a manufacturing method of the circuit device, and a connecting member are provided. A circuit deviceincludes: a first printed circuit boardand a second printed circuit boardwhich are arranged along the thickness direction of substrates; and a connecting memberwhich is interposed between the first printed circuit boardand the second printed circuit board. The first printed circuit boardand the second printed circuit boardare electrically connected with each other by terminal portionsformed on the connecting member. The circuit deviceintegrally forms the terminal portionson a frame bodyby plating.
