Abstract
A priority valveis disposed between a hydraulic pumpand a steering valveand is used to supply priority steering cylindersandwith pressurized oil discharged from the hydraulic pumpby controlling the differential pressure across a meter-in hydraulic line of the steering valvesuch that the differential pressure is kept at a target value. A pressure sensorfor detecting the load pressures of the steering cylindersandis provided. On the basis of the detected load pressures, the target value set for the priority valveis modified by devices including a controller, a solenoid valve, a pilot hydraulic line, and a pressure receiving unitof the priority valve. The above configuration enables suppression of a shock occurring at the start of turning of the steering wheel.
