Abstract

Disclosed is an image processing apparatus which prevents repetitive storage of identical image data, and efficiently uses a storage area. More specifically, a facsimile apparatus () has a network interface, and also has a display unit () as a display means for displaying an image as a user interface, a main controller () including a memory as a storage means for storing image data, a display controller () as a generating means for generating an image to be displayed on the display means, by using the image data stored in the memory, and an HTTP server as a transmitting means for transmitting the image data stored in the memory, in response to a browsing request input via the network interface.
