Abstract
Aqueous dispersions of (AB)silicone polyether block copolymers, methods for preparing the dispersion compositions, and personal, household, and healthcare formulations containing the compositions are disclosed. The aqueous dispersions can be either vesicle or emulsion compositions depending on the (AB)silicone polyether block copolymers structure and method of preparing the dispersion.
