Abstract
A guide table device is provided with a lower-side plateprovided with a pair of rolling member rolling groovesformed in a first (X) direction, an upper-side plateprovided with a pair of rolling member rolling groovesformed in a second (Y) direction, an intermediate memberhaving rectangular configuration provided with four side portions to which four rolling member rolling groovesare formed so as to be opposed to a pair of rolling member rolling grooves of the lower-side plate and a pair of rolling member rolling grooves of the upper-side plate, and a plurality of ballsdisposed to be rollable between four rolling member rolling passages formed by the lower-side plate, the upper-side plate and the intermediate member. The four rolling member rolling groovesformed to the four side portions of the intermediate memberare formed on the same plane.
