Abstract
Method and apparatus provide for attaching a planar electroluminescent lamp unit (-) to the side () of a train (), and providing a film () adhered to the surface of the lamp unit (-) and to the side of the train adjacent the lamp unit, wherein the film has printed thereon advertising indicia (-). The lamp unit is connected to a source of power on the train.
