Abstract
Provided are methods for recombinant production of an O-acetyltransferase and methods for acetylating capsular polysaccharides, especially those of a Serogroup Ausing the recombinant O-acetyltransferase, and immunogenic compositions comprising the acetylated capsular polysaccharide.
