Abstract
The invention relates to a portable carrying device, arrangement, and method for carrying at least one object such as a bag. The deviceincludes a housinghaving a channeldefined therethrough. The channelis further defined by a first and a second frusto-shaped internal cavity, each having linearly tapered sides. An elongated flexible strapdefining a continuous loopis threaded through the channel. Portions of the elongated flexible strapdefining the continuous loop extend from first and second end openingsof the channelto define first and a second loop portions. When the continuous loop is pulled taut through the housing, the first loop portionis configured for receiving and grasping a handle portionof the one or more bags. The second loop portioncan be extended over and around a user's shoulder for carrying the deviceand the one or more bags
