Abstract
An outer caseaccommodating a gas combustion apparatus main body comprises a case main bodyopening forward, and a front coverclosing a front end opening of the case main body. A waterproof packing materialis sandwiched between inner peripheral flangesandformed on inner peripheral edges of the front end opening of the case main bodyand a rear end of the front cover. To deteriorate outward appearance and cleaning easiness of a connected portion between the front coverand the case main body, and to stably secure waterproof of the connected portion for a long term, a protection plate covering a range extending along an upper edge of a front end opening of the case main bodyof the packing materialis possessed to the front coveror the case main body
