Abstract

An actuatoraccording to the present invention includes: a first movable section; a second movable sectionsupporting the first movable section; and a stationary sectionsupporting the second movable section. The second movable sectionincludes: a first conductive portionfor applying a first voltage to the first movable section; a second conductive portionto which a second voltage is applied; and backliningfor stabilizing the first conductive portionand the second conductive portionto each other in an electrically insulated state. The backliningstabilizes the first conductive portionand the second conductive portionfrom a face of the actuatoropposite from the face on which the mirror sectionis provided.
