Abstract
The filter device () is provided with a drain device () provided with a main body () and a plug (). The main body () has a first opening () which communicates to the outer side of a housing (), a second opening () which communicates with an inner side () of a filter element (), and a third opening () which communicates with a first channel () communicating to the first opening () and the second opening () and a space (B) between the filter element () and the housing (). The plug () is held within the first channel (), and is movable between a first position (P) at which fluid is not discharged from the housing (), and a second position (P) at which fluid is discharged from the housing (). The plug () is provided with a second channel () that communicates with the first channel () and communicates with the outer side of the housing () when in the second position (P).
