Abstract

In an air belt device which has the gas-supply portion, such as an inflator, fixed therein, a connection between an air belt and a gas supply portion is simplified. A lap anchorcoupled to an end of a lap bagis pivotally supported by a support shaftsuch that the lap anchorcan turn back and forth with respect to a seat frame. The inflatoris fixed to be disposed on a side face of the seat frame. A substantially tubular gas-introducing pathextends from the lap bag. The gas-introducing pathis connected to a pipeextending from the inflatorin a slack state.
