Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for the production of an overproducingstrain comprising: (a) culturing astrain on a culture medium M1, M2 or M3, (b) optionally, recovering the strains thus produced from the culture medium, and also to the use of said strains for the production of polysaccharides.
