There are provided compositions comprising a first compound selected from the group consisting of compounds of formulas (Ib), (III), (V), and (VII), and a second compound selected from the group consisting of compounds of formulas (IIb), (IV), (VI), and (VIII): Various chemical entities can be used for Rto R.
