Abstract
Lubricating oil compositions containing (a) at least one oil of lubricating viscosity and (b) an effective amount of at least one thio-functionalized phenylenediamine compound of the general formula: wherein R, R, R, Rand n are as defined herein are provided. Methods of operating an engine employing the lubricating oil composition are also provided.
