Abstract
A process for producing a composite of aluminum material and synthetic resin molding with high efficiency; and a stable fast composite exhibiting high peeling resistance and large mechanical strength. The process is characterized in that aluminum material () is anodized in electrolytic bath of phosphoric acid or sodium hydroxide to thereby form anodic oxidation coating () provided with innumerable pores () having a diameter of 25 nm or more made open in the surface thereof is formed thereon, and a synthetic resin mold () is coupled with the anodic oxidation coating () in such a condition that the portion () of the synthetic resin molding () is intruded or anchored in the innumerable pores () of the anodic oxidation coating (). By this process, composite (P) with the above properties can be easily obtained.
