Abstract
A mixing apparatus is proposed having a container () for the mixing of media which has at least one inlet () for the media to be mixed or at least one outlet (), with a central cut-out () being provided which extends in a longitudinal direction (A) into the container and is bounded relative to the inner space () of the container () by a wall (), with a permanently magnetic mixing member () being provided in the container () adjacent to the cut-out () for the mixing of the media, and with a drive unit () being provided in the cut-out () by which the mixing member () can be set into rotation via a magnetic coupling. The drive unit () is movably arranged in the cut-out () such that the position of the mixing member () in the container is variable in a controlled manner.
