Abstract
The present invention relates to bladder and lower urinary tract syndromes, particularly, irrative symptoms, and to a method of treating same using α-adrenergic receptor (αAR) antagonists. The invention further relates to a method of screening compounds for their ability to serve as αAR selective antagonists.
