Abstract

The invention concerns a tool for gutting fish () which have been opened at the stomach cavity (), the tool () being designed as a suction element () for extraction of the entrails by suction, which is distinguished in that the suction element () is allocated an element () for clamping and/or squeezing the entrails to be removed. Furthermore the invention concerns an apparatus for gutting fish () which have been opened at the stomach cavity (), including a tool () for extraction of the entrails by suction, a measuring instrument () which is configured so as to detect specific fish data, and at least one control unit for controlling the tool () depending on the specific fish data detected by the measuring instrument (), which is distinguished in that the tool () is designed as mentioned above. The invention further concerns a corresponding method for gutting fish ().
