A discharge head for fluids, with a discharge nozzle () which has a discharge opening () and accommodates an internal sleeve () in which is arranged an internal body () which delimits an outlet channel () and has a connecting element () for connection to a counterpart () of a discharging apparatus, the internal sleeve () having, on the end side adjacent to the discharge opening (), a sealing surface () against which a valve stopper () which is located on the internal body () and closes the outlet channel () is spring prestressed.
