Abstract
The instant invention relates to new photolatent compounds of the formula I wherein Rand Rare each independently of the other C-Calkyl or C-Ccycloalkyl, Ris hydrogen or C-Calkyl, and wherein the photochemically cleaved group ROH is selected from the group consisting of fragrances, UV absorbers, anti-microbials, anti-fogging agents and clarifiers; with the proviso that, when Rand Rare tert-butyl and Ris hydrogen, Ris not methyl or phenyl.
