Abstract

The present invention relates to a compound of the formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein Ar is a group of formula and R, R, R, A, K, M, L, L, X, Y, Y, Q, salt thereof, wherein R, R, R, A, K, L, L, W, X, Z, Z, Y, Y, Z, Z, M, Q, W, X, m, p and q are as defined herein. Such novel pyrimidine derivatives are useful in the treatment of abnormal cell growth, such as cancer, in mammals. The invention also relates to a method of using such compounds in the treatment of abnormal cell growth in mammals, especially humans, and to pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds.
