An L-shaped rotator () is rotatably supported by the frame (), and one end of a third link () is rotatably connected to an upper end () of the rotator (). The other end of the third link () is rotatably connected to the coupling (). An actuator () is supported by the frame (), and a piston rod () is rotatably connected to a central portion () of the rotator ().
