Abstract
A gas generatorcontains a baffle assembly for cooling of gases. An imperforate housingis contained within the gas generator. A perforate housingis contained within the imperforate housing. At least one orificeis formed within the baffle assembly, where the orificeis formed at the junctureof the baffle assemblyand the perforate housing, at a second end of the perforate housing. Upon activation of the gas generator, gases produced are shunted through the orificeand into the baffle assemblyfor cooling and filtration thereof.
