Abstract
Provided herein are compounds of the formula where A, A, A, A, L, Q, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, X, Y, Y, Yand Z are as described herein, and compositions thereof that are useful in the treatment of inflammatory and immune conditions and diseases. In particular, the invention provides aryl nitrile compounds which modulate the expression and/or function of a chemokine receptor.
