A bush bearing includes a synthetic resin-made bush having a circumferential groove on its outer peripheral surface; an endless annular elastic member fitted in the circumferential groove of the bush; and a positioning structure for determining the position of the bush in a B direction with respect to an inner peripheral surface of a gear housing.
