A method for forming a matching table of inner pads and outer pads includes the steps of: obtaining a pitch Pand a space Sbetween two neighboring inner pads; computing W=m×P−S; obtaining a pitch Pand a space Sbetween two neighboring outer pads; computing W=n×P−S; computing R=W+(S×C); comparing Wwith Rto R; and recording the number of the outer pads matching with the m inner pads as j when Wis smaller than or equal to Rand greater than R.
