The present invention relates to compounds comprising an oxazole or thiazole moiety of formula (I), processes for preparing them, pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds and their uses as H-receptor ligands, Formula (I), wherein, Ais CH, C(alkyl), C-halogen or N; Ris hydrogen, halogen, Calkyl or alkoxy; Ris, Formula (II'), Ais O or S; Ris hydrogen, halogen, Calkyl or alkoxy; Ris hydrogen, halogen, Calkyl, alkoxy or —O-L; Ris hydrogen or —O-L, wherein L is an aminoalkyl group and at least one of Rand Rshould be —O-L.
