A worn article includes a fitting portionthat fits around a torso of a wearer, and an absorbent portioncovering a crotch of the wearer and absorbing body fluid from the wearer. The absorbent portionincludes a first end portionand a second end portionthat are connected to the fitting portion. The first end portionof the absorbent portioncan be detached from the fitting portion. A cover sheetis provided covering at least a portion of the first end portion. A portion of the cover sheetis processed so that the cover sheetis tearable.
