Abstract
The invention relates to a connecting strip () for telecommunications and mid-range communications technology, comprising a housing () and at least two contact elements (), wherein the contact element () comprises a first contact () for the connection of wires or cables and a second contact () for contacting a printed circuit board, the second contact () taking the form of a press-fit pin contact or a tuning-fork contact, and in which the first contact () is aligned towards the upper side () of the housing (), and the second contact () is aligned towards the underside () of the housing (), the first contacts () being arranged laterally offset from the longitudinal axis (L) of the housing (), and on the opposite side at least one fin () being arranged so that between the first contacts () and the fin () a trench () is formed, the contact element () being constructed with a bracket () positioned above the second contact (), aligned towards the upper side () of the housing (), and arranged underneath the trench ().
