Abstract
A vitamin fortified composition comprising vitamin stabilizers which are C-Cphenylpropenoic carbonyl compounds to prevent the degradation of the vitamins is provided. In addition, a method of preventing the degradation of vitamins in a vitamin fortified composition is provided.
