Abstract
An exemplary liquid crystal panel () has a first substrate (); a second substrate () opposite to the first substrate, which includes a conductive layer formed () thereat; a liquid crystal layer () sandwiched between the first and the second substrates, and a sealant () provided at the peripheral region of the first substrate and the second substrate. The conductive layer is adjacent to the liquid crystal layer, which remains the peripheral region of the second substrate uncovered.
