Abstract
A horizontal connector (A) is configured for mounting on a circuit board () so that a connecting direction with a mating connector is parallel to the surface of the circuit board (). A vertical connector (B) is configured for mounting on the circuit board () so that a connecting direction with a mating connector is normal to the surface of the circuit board (). Board connecting portions (A,B) of terminal fittings (A,B) to be inserted into connection holes () and mounting holes (A,B) of mounting portions (A,B) to be mounted to fixing holes () are arranged at the same positions for both the horizontal connector (A) and vertical connector (B). Therefore, the circuit board () can be commonly used for both horizontal connector (A) and vertical connector (B).
