A responsive light emitting diode (LED) module unit includes a control unit (), a light emitting device (), and a pouch () for enclosing said control unit () and said light emitting device () therein. Said control unit () has rigid plastic housing () encloses a printed circuit board (PCB) (), a battery (), a ball-rolling switch (), and an integrated circuit (IC) processor ().
