Abstract
A metal filmis laminated directly to or by means of an adhesiveto a transparent base sheet. A mesh metal film including lines defining apertures is formed by coating the metal filmwith a mesh resist layerpatterned in a mesh, etching the metal filmthrough the mesh resist layer, and removing the mesh resist layer.
