Abstract

The invention provides trisubstituted pyrazoles and imidazoles of Formula I: wherein L, q, R, R, R, R, Zand Zare as described in the Summary of the Invention; and methods of using such compounds to treat or prevent diseases or disorders associated with the activity of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) families, particularly the activity of PPARδ.
