Coiled tubing extends into the sealed space in the coiled tubing hanger extension and being suspended by the coiled tubing hanger and the coiled tubing hanger extension, the coiled tubing extending into the wellhead. A downhole electrical cable extends through the coiled tubing and into the sealed space in the coiled tubing hanger extension. An electrical connector extends through the seal and is connected electrically to the cable. The electrical connector has an electrical circuit having an electrically open and an electrically closed position.
