Abstract
The invention relates to a conveyor unit constituting a separating and feed mechanism (), in particular for sheet-shaped workpieces, in particular sheets () to be printed, with a lifting mechanism () for transporting the sheet () vertically and a conveyor track with conveyor means () for transporting the sheet () horizontally. This being the case, the conveying means () are displaceable in a guide system between an operating position for feeding the sheet () to a production unit (), in particular a printing machine (), and a non-operating position to enable the sheet () to be lifted unhindered from a sheet stack ().
