The invention provides a display device having an improved exterior appearance by covering a bracket including a display unit with a back cabinet, capable of having a stand attached thereto and removed therefrom without taking off the back cabinet. A display unitis fixed inside a cabinetcomposed of a front cabinetA and a back cabinetB. An openingis formed to the back cabinetB having an inner diameter Dgreater than an outer diameter D of a head portionA of a fixing screw. Thus, the standcan be disassembled from the display unitwithout taking off the back cabinetB, by removing a disengaged fixing screwthrough the openingto the exterior.
