Abstract
The Invention relates to a lid opening mechanism (A), for opening a lid element () on a fist side (Y) about a first lid rotational axis (), or optionally on a second side (Y) about a second lid rotational axis (), whereby the first rotational axis () and the second rotational axis () are each formed from a front () or () and a rear (or) rotational axis element. The operating devices (B, B) are connected to and cooperate after a fashion with a rotational axis control device (M), with a control element () and with operating bars () which cooperate with the operating devices (B, B), such that on operating one of the operating elements (or) for activation of the first or second rotational axis (or) a control element () locks the other operating element (or) respectively.
