Abstract
A cable connector assembly () includes an insulated housing (), a plurality of contacts () received in the insulated housing, a spacer () assembled to the insulated housing and a metallic shell () enclosing the insulated housing. The insulated housing () comprises a main portion () and two arms () extending from both sides of the main portion backwards, and at least one of the two arms defines a latching hole (), the spacer has a projecting portion () locked with the latching hole () in the arm.
