Abstract

A communication unit () of a service center () transmits and receives information such as analysis information to and from a plurality of automatically analyzing apparatuses (). A database () stores the information such as the analysis information. An analysis information parsing unit () evaluates and parses results of analyses made by the automatically analyzing apparatuses using the analysis information stored in the database. The reagent parameter registration unit () registers information on reagents in the database (). The communication unit (), responsive to a request from an automatically analyzing apparatus, retrieves information on analysis parameters related to managed reagents from the database for transfer to the automatically analyzing apparatus. In this way, analysis parameters can be readily set for a testing item to be analyzed using a reagent.
