Abstract
The invention relates to an electronic device () in the form of a flexible multilayer film body, in particular an RFID transponder, and to a rectifier () for such an electronic device. The rectifier () has at least two organic diodes or organic field effect transistors each having at least one electrical functional layer composed of a semiconducting organic material. The rectifier () furthermore has two or more charging or charge-reversal capacitors which are connected up to the two or more organic diodes or organic field effect transistors in such a way that the charging or charge-reversal capacitors can be charged via different current paths.
