The invention relates to a heat exchanger, especially a charge-air/coolant cooler (), consisting of a plurality of disks (), two adjacent disks () defining an intermediate region through which a heat exchanging medium flows. Said heat exchanger also comprises a heat exchanging medium inlet () and a heat exchanging medium outlet (), that are common to the disks ().
