The process includes a filling device having one or more filling elements including a liquid valve, at least one gas valve, and a nitrogen-filled chamber; a flow connection for flushing and/or prepressurizing a container with nitrogen; and a sealing device configured to seal the containers pressure-tight using a closure. The instant abstract is neither intended to define the invention disclosed in this specification nor intended to limit the scope of the invention in any way.
