Abstract
A coating film () in which a plurality of fluoric resin particles () are dispersed in a matrix resin () is formed on the surface of a base material (). Each exposed part () of the fluoric resin particles () which is exposed at the surface of the coating film () is crushed to expand therearound to increase the area of the exposed part, increasing the amount of a fluorine element existing in a sliding face portion.
